Review Application to the Administrative Appeal Tribunal
Generally, when the Immigration Department refuse a visa application or cancel a current visa, there is a right for the visa applicants or their sponsors to make an application to the Administrative Appeal Tribunal for the review of that decision.

If the Administrative Appeal Tribunal makes an unfavourable decision to either the Minister or the visa applicant, either party can appeal that decision to the Federal Circuit Court or the Federal Court
